I know Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish made with egg, hard cheese, cured pork, and black pepper. The dish arrived at its modern form, with its current name, in the middle of the 20th century. The cheese is usually Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, or a combination of the two.

but as time goes by and other countries are welcoming this wonder dish, I as an Asian we can’t find some of the ingredients of the classic or traditional carbonara. So we used our own ingredients and still believe that this is teh Carbonara we crave for but in my own style

List Ingredients for Shrimp Broth
Heads of shrimp from the 600 grams of shrimp
1 cup water

List Ingredients for Creamy Carbonara
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon chopped onion
200 grams sliced mushroom
Shrimp without shell (from the above ingredients 600 grams)
400 grams evaporated milk
1 cup shrimp broth (above ingredients)
170 grams each can (we need 2 cans) cream
salt & pepper
2 tablespoon water + 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixture)

Ingredients for pasta
500 grams uncooked Linguinie Pasta + 2 liters water + 1 teaspoon salt
