Seafood Pao Fan recipe – with USA Calrose Rice



Pao fan is really just a way of using up all the leftover ingredients in the fridge. To elevate your pao fan to the next level, you want to add crispy rice and egg floss! In this video, I’ll show you how to make these, as well as an easy way of making a delicious seafood soup base!

For the rice, I’ll be using Okome USA Calrose rice which is a short/medium grain rice, that retained its shape and bite really well even after it has absorbed the tasty seafood stock!
