INGREDIENTS
* Please adjust this your liking*

Desired amount of seafood of choice:
Crab meat, 1/4 lb shrimp ( peeled and deveined ).. crawfish tails ( meat removed ) .. scallops, sausage is also good with this !

1/2 Cup bell pepper and onion mix or more to taste
1/4 celery ( chopped or frozen)
2 bay leaves ( optional )
2 tbs garlic
2 tbs butter
3 tbs cooking oil
1/ 1/2 cup jasmine rice ( or cauliflower rice to make this keto)
1 cup white wine ( doesn’t matter as long as its not sweet)
3 cups stock of choice ( beef stock, chicken stock etc )

seasoning mix: ( Combine all ingredients in a bowl )
This is is also to taste *
1 tsp salt
2 tbs old bay seasoning
1 -2 tbs cajun seasoning
1 tbs paprika
1-2 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs chicken boullion powder or accent

* note* The sauce recipe was used for a salmon pasta dish. I used the same sauce and salmon from the pasta recipe for this particular recipe, I added the same seasonings I used in this rice recipe,
* do not add in the pasta when making the sauce, instead pour on top of rice !
