Ingredients: (Feel free to add or omit any seafood or extra ingredients based on your budget or preference!!)
5 lbs Crab Legs
2 lbs Frozen Jumbo Shrimp
1 lb Mussels
As many potatoes as you prefer (halved)
Lobster Tails and Lobster Claws
5 ears of Corn
2-4 lbs Andouille Sausage
1-2 lbs Kielbasa
4-6 Cans of Beer (or chicken stock)

For the Boil (Big Pot) Method:
6-8 cans of cheap beer (optional)
2 quarts of chicken stock (you can use water instead if you prefer)
1 bag Crawfish Boil
2-3 lemons
handful of fresh thyme
4-5 bay leaves
1 onion
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
hot sauce
your sausage of choice (seared for 4-5 minutes to brown)
2 tbsp Lobster Base
3-4 tbsp minced garlic

Make It Happen Sauce:
4 sticks butter
1-2 tbsp Lobster Base
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Base
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1-2 tbsp apple cider vingegar
pinch of cayenne (adjust based on heat preference)
Adobo seasoning (optional)
Old Bay to taste
1 can of cheap mild beer (budweiser)
1/2 lemon juice
1-2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 bay leaves (remove after simmering)

Foil Pan Method:
Brown your sausage for about 5 minutes before adding to your foil pan. Pre-boil your potatoes until they are tender (we will add them to the mix later) Add 1 sliced lemon to the bottom of the pan and layer your seafood of choice throughout the foil pan. Top with 1-2 stick of sliced butter and season thoroughly. Add 1 beer (water or chicken stock will work as well) to the bottom of the foil pan. Coat seafood evenly with Make It Happen Sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and corn is tender. Place in a turkey bag or on a platter to serve. Serve with more Make It Happen Sauce and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Boil Method:
(Remember to wash all of your vegetables and seafood prior to cooking)
Brown sausage for 5 minutes. Remove sausage and add chicken stock and/or beer. Add potatoes, thyme, bay leaves, lemon, onion, and crawfish boil bag. Bring to a boil until potatoes begin to get tender – 8-10 minutes. Season your boiling liquid with minced garlic, lobster base, apple cider vinegar, lemon pepper, old bay, brown sugar, hot sauce, and whatever other seasonings you enjoy. Remove the boil bags and add butter. Stir and taste. Adjust flavor profile to your liking before adding your seafood. Once the flavor is where you want it, begin adding your sausage, corn, and seafood (starting with the seafood that takes the longest to cook) Boil for 12-15 minutes or until all seafood is cooked through. Remove from the boil pot and place on a platter or turkey bag and add make it happen sauce along with any additional seasoning you prefer and enjoy! seafood boil
